I was absolutely shocked and thrilled by the food and over all atmosphere of their restaurant.The food I had was so amazing not to mention I've never had a grilled cheese with Montreal smoked meat that was so good! It was on home made bread and the pickle was awesome too. I will recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good meal for a great price.My final note is that they have a little something for everyone and that just tickles me pink!!!

A really good restaurant in the "prettiest little town in Canada". Had a wonderful conversation with one of the proprietors who has been the mayor of this very charming city. We returned more than once.

Amazing food and super sweet waitress. She heard it was my b-day so she made a Happy Birthday flag for my breakfast...lol very nice....

Probably my favorite restaurant in Goderich. Food is good, prices aren't astronomical, service is great and its got a very cosy dinner atmosphere. One of the other things I like is that you can see your food being prepared and everything is incredibly clean. Great place!!!!

Good breakfast buffet with the occasional comedic floor show. Would highly recommend when visiting Goderich.

The Eggs Benedict was to die for. 10/10, I wanted seconds. The second dish was also perfect. It was made exactly how it should always be made. The star sugar cookie was a beautiful and pleasant surprise. Service was fast, friendly and we met the previous mayor 😁. When we move to Goderich, you can count on us being there every Sunday morning!

That was my first time going for brunch there - the people are friendly, the atmosphere is warm and inviting.Every order to cooked to perfection. I ordered eggs, ham and pancakes - ohhhh my god it was so amazing. I really am picky about pancakes, these were homemade and as good as the ones I make, enjoyed every single bite.Definitely made with LOVE.Highly recommend this little gem - try it for yourself you will not regret it.

Really nice diner on the square. Friendly fast and professional service. Had the Montreal steak sandwich but as good as it was the onion rings stole the show. Might be the best onion rings I've ever had in my life, bringing the family there soon, my wife can't wait to try them!

Was there on the weekend, to escape the heat we went in and had lunch. It was delicious and Kevin made us feel welcome. We will return!

This place is absolutely adorable!The walls are covered in fun signs, the menu items are cleverly titled (OPP pulled pork anyone?) and the staff is exceptionally friendly. A toy railroad is suspended from the ceiling with a working train running in circles around the dining area. We came on a weekday afternoon to find the restaraunt packed. This might be explained by anfternoon buffet (which we didn't try).The service was great! I found my coffee refilled seemingly without notice and the food was served rather quickly, despite the number of patrons.I had a Montreal smoked meat sandwich which was delightful. The meat was very tender and fresh. It wasn't piled high but was still very filling. The side of coleslaw was good (if not a tad sweet for my liking).

This is one of the best brunch buffets I've ever been to. Everything is homemade with lots of love (I can tell). The chef kindly comes by and explains what each item is, which makes the experience even more personable. Eveything here is the best, especially the sweet potatoes, meatloaf, salad bar and the apple pie. We are currently waiting for our stomachs to cooperate, so we can fit more food in. Love itttt, may come back for every meal.

Our first stop on the way to Tobermory. Hidden gem right in the Goderich square. Buffett style food with amazing variety. Fresh and hot. The service was fantastic and the atmosphere was so quaint. We’ll definitely be back, I might even be temped to move to Goderich just to work there. Thanks for a brunch we’ll never forget!

Stopped here on a recommendation. We went Saturday morning for the buffet before going to the market. Everyone was very friendly and they had a good selection ( meat eaters and vegetarians in our group). We all left satisfied. I think it great that the owners switched to buffets for the weekends to alleviate wait times, it made for a delicious meal and a quick in and out. Keep up the great work guys!!

You can't go wrong with this place! The food was fantastic, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was nostalgic; reminiscent of those small town eateries where you can hangout and chat with the locals. Food portions are very generous and the prices are more than fair. My wife said the Cod was really fresh, and I devoured my roast beef. Would definitely reccomend if you're in Goderich.

We were in Goderich for the Canada Day weekend. Searched for a place to have breakfast and found Pat and Kevin's. On Canada Day... the wait for a table was very short.... we had the buffet and we were very pleased. The variety of food was amazing and tasted great!I would recommend Pat & Kevin's to anyone looking for a friendly place with EXCELLENT food and service.

On the way home from camping this weekend we had the privilege of stopping by Pat & Kevin's on the square restaurant in Goderich. It is a Classic Diner, open kitchen style, where you can see them preparing your food. I ordered a Hot roast beef sandwich. The beef had been in the smoker for 16 hours and was mouth wateringly delicious.If you like Classic style Diners and you are near Goderich, Ontario this is a must stop for you. Our waiter Kevin was awesome and made the experience enjoyable. Also turns out he is the Mayor! Thank you Mayor Kevin for the great hospitality and the awesome food.

Great place to eat my wife and I love it just like eating at home I went for the grilled cheese and brisket. It was a substitute and they had no problem filling my request. My wife had the poutine she loved it.any one who says it is too salty or no flavor stay home .you have no taste.

My husband and I just visited this restaurant for the first time and we loved it! Pat and Kevin were welcoming and genuinely friendly. Seeing how they treat their customers, giving extra care and assistance to those who need it, was so heartwarming. The food was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed the selection at the brunch buffet. Overall, this place is such a gem. The decor was fun, they have funny signs and a cool train that runs on a track above the dining area. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area! Had pulled pork sandwich and Montreal smoked meat here. The portions are big and prices are more than reasonable for what you get. The pulled pork was rich and filling, the Montreal smoked meat was arguably better than many top places in Montreal. The owner Kevin is a really nice guy and we had a great chat. The diner has a unique atmosphere of an american diner that is rare to see these days.

Very nice little spot on the square. Food was great, service was great. Unfortunately it's not all day breakfast but they accommodated us even though it was 15 minutes later then they serve the morning menu.They do soup and sandwich buffets, and breakfast buffets on the weekend for $12.99 which I'll be trying next time.It was quite hot in there, blinds for the windows would be nice or turn on the air.

Actually stopped in at Pat & Kevin's because my partner was busting for the loo! I knew of it from my internet research. It was busy, the buffet was on, people were happily eating and chatting, place smelled great, the price was fair, food looked great, it has an interesting decor, all round great atmosphere.. and we had a meeting in town in 20 min and I was starving (but not enough time for a proper buffet) ... Kevin took us in at the bar, slung us some coffee and besides being busy was a fountain of knowledge, which unknowingly was invaluable for the meeting. A brief stop at Pat & Kevin's but we vow to return, dig in and report back. Great to see the place doing so well!

Nice little restaurants located in the town circle.we stopped in for breakfast. One of the owners took our order, very nice and joked with the kids. The food came out hot and you could tell that everything was fresh. Will be stopping in again when we are in the area.

We went there for breakfast. Unfortunately we did not now it is not served after 11 am. The waiter said this to us in not very polite way. I really did not feel we were welcome at there. Too much delay for soup of day and a famous (as it is written in their menu)Montreal hotdog. I think they really went there to get one as we waited over 1 hour with crazy hungry 2 kids. Guess how delicious it was! I will not go the details how we run after coffee to be refilled. At the end we paid every thing what they serv without excuses. A kind of place we never stop by again. Do not recommend especially families with kids.
